UvA/UAUS Library Visit the UvA/AUAS library for books, e-books, databases, and print and online journals, or if you need tools for compiling online readers and syllabi. The library can help with literature management, saving research and publication details, and information about copyright. You can also attend workshops for free with your staff ID card.
The UvA panel Find out what’s going on at the University of Amsterdam and give your opinion about new policy, new communication campaigns and other UvA projects. Sign up for the UvA panel and help the UvA improve by answering surveys and joining focus groups, only when it suits you.
Spui25 SPUI25 is an academic cultural centre for lectures, debates, interviews, book presentations, discussions and award ceremonies, mainly in Dutch but open to everyone at the UvA and beyond.

The Amsterdams Academic Club Would you like to meet others from the academic community? The Academic Club is the UvA’s very own living room. Open UvA lectures / the Illustere School As staff member, you can attend open UvA lectures in the humanities and social sciences for free. The Illustere School (Faculty of Humanities open lectures) also organises special events like city walks and exhibition visits.
